The well-fermented liquor lees of Baekseju are fermented again and the resulting liquor is distilled. Over the next 5 years, we distilled the rich flavor and softer Baekse liquor lees concentrate and the newly developed rice maceration method using malt based on the principles of the manufacturing method in old literature to distill the special rice distilled shochu raw drug. The optimal harmony was found and contained in a concentrated solution without water. It has a deep, rich flavor and a smooth feel.
